Tamilnadu Government recently issued the notification regarding Diploma in Pharmacy Admission into session 2013-2014. Candidates who have interest to get admission into D.Pharmacy course can look into the following given details and apply for the admission. Tamilnadu Diploma in Pharmacy admission application form can be downloaded from official site last date is 14th August 2013 3pm.
Candidates read the eligibility details carefully fill the application form and attach the required documents with that. You have to send the filled application form to The Secretary, Selection Committee No.162, Periyar E.V.R High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010 address on or before 16th August 2013 till 5pm. Candidates have to take Demand Draft fir Rs.200/- to The Secretary, Selection Committee and payable at Chennai address. For SC/ST SCA candidates not required to pay application fee. Selection Committee will prepare the AR Number and will assign it to candidates. Those who like to track their application status can track it by providing Plus Two Examination Register Number and year of the first appearance as entered in the application.
Those who are eligible to attend the Counselling can download their call letter (Hall Ticket) from www.tnhealth.org/ www.tn.gov.in by entering their AR Number allotted by the selection Committee and Date of birth.
