Karnataka Department of Collegiate Education announced the news regarding Registration for Selection of Guest Lecturers Post in Karnataka Government Degree colleges. They have recently issued the notification regarding Karnataka Guest Faculty Recruitment 2013. The Department of Collegiate Education (DCE) inviting online application for the selection of Guest Faculty on ad-hoc basis for Karnataka Government First Grade Colleges. The interested and eligible candidates can register through online by indicating their choice of colleges and filling all the required information in online form.
Selection Procedure of Karnataka Guest Faculty:
The Selection of candidates will be processed based on the marks and weightage details as given below.
Criteria Maximum Marks/Weightage:
Percentage of Marks Scored in Qualifying Post Graduate Degree : 50 marks
Previous experience as Guest Faculty in a Government College will fetch 03 marks per year for a maximum of 05 years limiting to 15 marks in total : 15 marks
Additional Qualification:
PhD : 15 marks
MPhil : 08 marks
NET/SLET : 12 marks
Total : 100 marks.
Instruction to Candidates:
Candidates note that selection is based on purely on ad-hoc basis.
Candidates should submit all the original certificates at the time of Reporting in the college of choice.
Selected candidates should should carry out specified hours.
Candidates allowed to work in only one Government First Grade College.
Application form will be accepted only thorugh online mode. Other mode of registration is not accepted.

1) Candidates can register only one time also note that edit option of the application form will be available till last date of registration.
2) If we found any duplication in registration will result rejection of application.
3) Mandatory fields are marked with (*). So you must fill those fileds.
4) Once you filled the application you should enter the security code which is avialable in that place.
5) Check the filled application completely and to submit the application you have to press on Submit button.
6) Once you submitted the form system will display the application id. You will also receive email/sms about application id details.
7) Make a note of application number for further reference. Even to edit your filled application form you need the application id.
