The Department of School Education, Karnataka have proposed guidelines for the teacher transfer counselling. The first one is the request for transfer where you can apply for a transfer and the second one is the Mutual transfer where two teachers can apply for a transfer in a mutual way.
Steps to Apply Request for Transfer:
1) Visit the website http://www.schooleducation.kar.nic.in/
2) There will be a column "Department Software Links" to the right side of the page.
3) Click on the link named with "Teacher Transfer 2013".
4) You will be redirected to a page where you need to click on "Request for Transfer" and then fill the application form providing the necessary details.
5) Once the details are provided click on the "Submit" Button.
6) An Application Number will be generated and kindly make a note of it. The Application Number will help to track the status of the transfer.

2) There will be a column "Department Software Links" to the right side of the page.
3) Click on the link named with "Teacher Transfer 2013".
4) You will be redirected to a page where you need to click on "Mutual Transfer" and then fill the application form providing the necessary details of the two teachers who are involved in the transfer process.
5) Once the details are provided click on the "Submit" Button.
